American Traveler is hiring a Travel Ultrasound Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and ARDMS certification, including required OB/GYN, Pediatric, and Vascular experience.

Details

• 13-week contract at an acute care hospital
• Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts
• Performs general ultrasound, OB/GYN, Pediatric, and Vascular studies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience in a US hospital setting
• Associate degree in Radiography with a Vascular Sonography Certificate, or graduate of an accredited Ultrasonography or Echocardiography program
• ARDMS certification required, including OB and ABD credentials
• OB/GYN, Pediatric, and Vascular experience required
• Active, non-pending state/district license required (license required if applicable)
• AHA BLS certification required
• CPI certification required for this position
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• US SSN required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration
• Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer

Additional Information

• Performs ultrasound procedures and produces diagnostic images for interpretation by a Radiologist
• Maintains records in compliance with regulatory and accreditation agency requirements
• Performs routine equipment quality control procedures and reports deficiencies to the appropriate supervisor
• Candidates must have an active license — pending licenses are not accepted
