American Traveler is seeking a travel Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist with 1+ year of experience for an evening shift contract at a full-service tertiary hospital in Ardmore, OK.

• Ultrasound department at a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds in Ardmore, OK
• Medical patient population
• Evening shift, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 5x8 schedule with opportunity to negotiate different worked days or hours
• Call required
• EMR: Epic
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Ultrasound / Sonography experience
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent registered ultrasound certification through an approved credentialing body
• BLS required prior to start
• License required if applicable
• Must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number (Canadian SINs are not accepted)
• No employment gaps of 90 or more days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Black scrubs required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) is allowed but must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after that, a minimum 1-year separation or transfer to a facility outside the 50-mile radius is required
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documentation of a scheduled renewal is provided
