American Traveler is hiring a travel Radiology Technologist (RT(R)) with 2+ years of experience for a night shift position in an Imaging Services department at a Level 1 trauma-capable acute care hospital in Louisville, KY.

• Located in the basement-level Imaging Services department of a 400-bed acute care hospital
• Patient population ranges from walk-in cases to Level 1 trauma
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Equipment includes Shimadzu, Konica, Carestream, Fuji, and Siemens
• EMR systems include Cerner and McKesson
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• No call requirements
• No float requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Radiology Technologist experience
• Experience in ER, OR, and mobile radiology required
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Active ARRT certification required
• Active KY state license required, if applicable
• AHA BLS certification required (must not expire in the same month as start date)
• Active NIHSS certification required at time of consideration
• Must provide a US Social Security Number — Canadian SSNs are not accepted
• Flu and COVID vaccinations required with no exceptions

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• Candidates must have a clean license with no violations or disciplinary actions on record
• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Any gaps in work history of 3 months or more will require an explanation
