American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a Friday–Sunday weekend day shift contract, with a high volume of vascular ultrasound studies and experience on Samsung ultrasound machines preferred.

Details

• Hospital-based Radiology/Ultrasound department
• Serves all patient age groups
• High volume of vascular ultrasound studies performed at this location
• Uses Samsung ultrasound machines
• Cerner EMR (experience preferred but not required)
• 12-hour day shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• ARDMS certification required
• NH permanent or compact license required; temporary licenses are not accepted — license required if applicable
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credential preferred but not required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Experience with Samsung ultrasound machines preferred

• 3 references required upon commitment, with 2 from leadership (manager or charge-level)
• Former permanent staff may return as a traveler after a minimum 12-month break in service
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a local pay rate
