Description

American Traveler is seeking a Central Sterile Processing Technician with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a regional medical center in Kentucky.

Details

• Central Sterile Supply unit at a regional medical center
• Day and mid-shift rotation (8:00 AM–4:30 PM start)
• 36/48 weekly schedule rotation — 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next
• On-call requirement of at least 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of current, recent Sterile Processing experience
• BLS certification required (AHA only; front and back of card required if not electronic)
• Active Kentucky or compact license/certification — license required if applicable
• Valid driver's license required
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Orientation is conducted on a bi-weekly schedule
• Travel pairs are not permitted for this position
