Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a short-term acute care hospital, with first-time travelers welcome to apply.

Details

• Short-term acute care facility, Level IV Trauma Center with 60 beds
• Mammography unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No on-call, weekend, or block schedule requirements
• No floating between units within this facility; however, travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
• Charting performed in Epic

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Mammography Tech experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current and applicable state license required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this position
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Scrubs may be any color
• No parking fees at this facility
• Minimal RTO is preferred; requests should be communicated prior to submission as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
