• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Epic EMR used at this facility

Requirements

• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending licensure is not accepted
• License required if applicable
• Epic EMR experience
• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Local candidates are accepted — local and travel rates are the same
• Travelers who have previously worked with this facility may be subject to tenure restrictions requiring a minimum 90-day break before returning to assignment
