American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care Magnet facility, requiring 2+ years of IR experience, ARRT certification, and weekend on-call availability.

Details

• Work in the Interventional Radiology unit of a 377-bed acute care Magnet-designated hospital
• Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• On-call requirements include one weekday shift per week (4:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and one three-day weekend per month (Fri–Sun), with Friday coverage from 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM and Saturday/Sunday coverage from 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
• Charting via Epic (experience required)
• Free parking available on-site
• Travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current BLS required
• Active state license required at time of consideration; pending licenses are not accepted
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Must be available for on-call shifts as outlined in the schedule
• License required if applicable
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
