American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for urgent care locations in the Spartanburg, SC area, with ARRT and SCRQSA required and first-time travelers welcome.

Details

• Work setting is adult outpatient urgent care across multiple clinic locations
• May be required to float between urgent care campuses located in Spartanburg, Gaffney, and Greenville, SC
• Variable day and evening shifts; day hours range from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, evening hours range from 2:00 PM–9:30 PM
• 40 hours per week with weekend availability required
• Epic EMR experience is preferred but not required
• When not performing imaging, techs assist with rooming patients, taking vital signs, and updating medical and pharmacy information in charts

Requirements

• ARRT (R), SCRQSA, and BLS required
• SC state license required if applicable; pending license accepted but must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of experience considered on a case-by-case basis; 2 years preferred
• Adult outpatient or urgent care setting experience
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
• Former permanent staff of this health system are not eligible to return as travelers
• A Cardiac Dysrhythmia pass/fail test is administered on the first day of orientation; candidates have one opportunity to pass
• All requested time off must be disclosed upfront; RTO requests submitted after initial consideration will not be honored
• An attendance policy is in effect — missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
