Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with 3+ years of experience for a 13-week day shift contract in an inpatient and outpatient hospital setting in Alaska.

Details

• Inpatient and outpatient work setting in a hospital mammography unit
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Pyxis medication system in use

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of mammography technologist experience required
• Current ARRT (M) and ARRT (R) certifications required
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Alaska state license required if applicable
• Previous charge experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• 16 hours of orientation provided
• Black scrubs required for this unit
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
