Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring ARRT certification, VA licensure, and experience with a broad range of CT procedures including CTAs, brain perfusion, and multiplanar reconstruction.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting serving outpatient, inpatient, ER, and adult ICU patient populations at a Level II Trauma Center
• 431-bed community hospital
• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• High-volume environment with a daily caseload of approximately 110 patients
• Charting via Epic
• 3x12-hour evening shifts, Friday through Sunday, 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• On-call and holiday rotation required
• No floating to sister facilities required

Requirements

• Active Virginia state license required (90-day temporary permit accepted while permanent license is processing) — license required if applicable
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS
• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience
• Proficiency with IV starts, contrast administration, and PACS
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings
• Level II Trauma Center experience required

• Perform a broad range of CT examinations including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Participation in on-call and holiday rotation is required
