American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with ARRT registration and 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital Radiation Therapy department.

• Day shift, 8 hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ARRT registration
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience
• Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count) required
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• Experience with Elekta linear accelerator is a plus
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• 1 professional reference required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Prepare and apply ionizing radiation in accordance with Radiation Oncologist prescriptions and departmental protocols
• Operate Radiation Oncology equipment including CT simulator, linear accelerator, QA dosimeters, and diode systems
• Accurately deliver prescribed planned courses of radiation therapy with minimal supervision
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
