American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a Labor and Delivery OR position requiring 2 years of experience.

Details

• Hospital-based position in the Labor and Delivery unit's OR
• 13-week assignment with day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 199-bed acute care hospital setting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist credential required
• New Mexico fingerprint-based background check required prior to hire, with documentation of processing
• License required if applicable
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Active license verification through Nursys required at time of consideration

Additional Information

• Facility is a Joint Commission Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and a Certified Primary Stroke Center
• Weekly orientation held on Mondays
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
