American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an outpatient clinic setting, requiring 2+ years of MRI experience and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting within an adult acute care work environment
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Some weeks include a Saturday 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in place of one weekday shift, maintaining 40 hours per week
• No call requirement
• May float to additional facility locations as needed
• Uses Siemens MRI equipment
• Epic charting system preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification accepted
• State license required if applicable
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by the traveler/agency
• Adult acute care work setting experience
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• First-time travelers accepted
• Previous perm or PRN staff must be separated from the facility system for 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Local candidates considered on a case-by-case basis
• Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are considered local
• Teal top and black pants required for scrubs
• Employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season, which runs from June through November with peak activity in August and September
